Caregiver stood out of the classroom when sending children to the bathroom. Caregiver was observed supervising children in the classroom and in the bathroom. Even when standing out of the classroom, caregiver was not able to see what was happening inside of the bathroom. Another caregiver was observed standing by the gym door entrance supervising children that were using the bathroom and children at the playground. Children at the playground were with a high school student.
